Peter Francisco Soil and Water Conservation District will conduct its regular monthly Board meeting on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. with a quorum at the Buckingham Agriculture Building Auditorium, beside the Buckingham Virginia Cooperative Extension Office, Admin Drive, Buckingham VA 23921
The Peter Francisco Board of Directors will be using the auditorium to conduct necessary business practicing social distancing with 10 or less people in attendance.
The Board meeting will be limited to essential business as necessary to carry out the Virginia Cost-share Program, the 319 TMDL Septic Program and District operational business. Any other information will be discussed at a later time/meeting.
If there are any public concerns/comments that need to be shared with the Board, please email by close of business on Monday, November 16, 2020 to: Public comment sign-ups will be at the door. The attendance numbers will be evaluated to allow for individuals to transition in and out of the room to speak on their topic, with a limit of 3 minutes per person.
