Peter Francisco Soil and Water Conservation District will conduct its July regular monthly Board meeting on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting location has changed to:
B.A.R.N. - Buckingham Agriculture Resource Network Facility, 11851 W James Anderson Hwy, Buckingham, VA
AFTER the July 21st Board meeting, the District will conduct their Strategic Plan Meeting with Mike Foreman from 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Participating Agencies invited and space limited to social distancing.
Lunch/snacks will be provided for the registered, attending invited guests.
The Peter Francisco Board of Directors will be using the auditorium to conduct necessary business practicing social distancing with 25 or less people in attendance.
The Board meeting will be limited to essential business as necessary to carry out the Virginia Cost-share Program, the 319 TMDL Septic Program and District operational business. Any other information will be discussed at a later time/meeting.
If there are any public concerns/comments that need to be shared with the Board, please email by close of business on Friday, July 16, 2021 to: firstname.lastname@example.org Public comment sign-ups will be at the door. The attendance numbers will be evaluated to allow for individuals to transition in and out of the room to speak on their topic, with a limit of 3 minutes per person.
